As the Country Manager for Mexico, you will be the foundational pillar of our operations in the Americas. You will wear multiple hats—ranging from business development and operations to hiring and strategy. You won't have a large team to delegate to on day one; you will be the one making things happen.

What You Will Do
Build from Zero: Lead the legal, operational, and commercial establishment of Astrafy in Mexico.
Drive Business Development: Identify, engage, and close early customers in Mexico and the broader Americas region.
Wear Multiple Hats: Handle everything from strategy and sales to day-to-day administrative hurdles. "That's not my job" cannot be in your vocabulary.
Establish the Brand: Act as the face of Astrafy in the region, building relationships with local tech communities, partners, and the Google Cloud ecosystem.
Scale the Team: As the entity grows, you will help attract, hire, and onboard the next wave of local talent, ensuring they align with our core values.

Requirements
Languages: Native/Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English is strictly required.
Zero-to-One Experience: Proven experience or a deep, demonstrated passion for building something from scratch (e.g., launching a new market, startup experience, or scaling a new business unit).
Cloud & Tech Affinity: A strong passion for the cloud ecosystem—Google Cloud Platform (GCP) enthusiasm is a massive plus.
Autonomy: Highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of operating independently across time zones.
Location: Based in Mexico, with a preference for Cancun.
